Chuchu Nwagu Productions (CNP) is a London-based theatrical and entertainment production company. CNP develops, invests in and produces theatre and live entertainment that resonates with and creates unforgettable experiences for audiences. The aim of Chuchu Nwagu Productions is to play an integral role in a theatre and live entertainment industry that caters for audiences from all backgrounds and ensures there are truly equal opportunities for employment and investment for individuals working at all levels of the industry. As a Black-led commercial production company, through everything we do and all the decisions we make, we proactively develop a diverse workforce and aggressively generate opportunities for our employees and collaborators.

CNP will to develop and deliver new theatre and live entertainment projects. CNP will develop new writing for theatre and live entertainment and also produce revivals of classical and popular plays & musicals. CNP is committed to ensuring that new writing projects will promote, celebrate and champion underrepresented voices.
Chuchu Nwagu Production regularly raises capital and invest in third-party theatre productions. CNP believes that one of the gates keeping BIPOC people out of the industry is the current level of financial commitment required to invest in theatre, so we are committed increasing representation amongst the poll of theatre investors and decision makers from other under-represented backgrounds. By doing this, we hope to decolonise traditional hierarchies of power within the current commercial theatre and theatrical investment model.
